A quick introduction and some disclaimers.
Hello, and thanks for reading! My name is Caleb Naysmith and I am a law school student for the class of 2023 at the University of Kentucky, and a Finance Officer in the United States Army Reserves. I also have a Bachelors's in Business Administration from Carson-Newman University, and some various minors, certifications, post-graduate work, and tons of schooling through the military. I’ve been in the Army since 2014, on both the officer and enlisted side, in a number of capacities and it’s been a great experience all around. Generally, my writing will focus on, frankly, whatever is on my mind at the time. It just so happens, this mostly consists of investing, equity crowdfunding, and things related to the legal aspects of business. It might just be news, my opinions, or tons of other things I generally find interesting.
